Rocky Point Farms Cottages is a new cottage accommodation located in Waweig, NB. Situated on 20 acres of wooded land along the Waweig River, our property offers direct access to popular walking, hiking, ATV, horseback riding, and snowmobiling trails that span across Charlotte County and other parts of New Brunswick (Snowmobiling zone 7).


Our location is easily accessible, just 1 km off the main highway, and is only minutes away from St. Stephen and the renowned tourist town of St. Andrews by-the-sea. Nearby attractions include Ganong Nature Park, Kingsbrae Garden, Huntsman Marine Science Centre, whale watching, and golfing.


With 450 feet of oceanfront on the Waweig River, our property provides a stunning tidal river view, offering a unique experience of the Bay of Fundy in action. The calm and smooth waters during high tide make it perfect for kayaking and paddleboarding, while the low tide exposes a walkable flat rock bed for beachcombing.


To ensure our guests feel welcome and have a pleasant stay, we offer 4 cottages, two of which are pet-friendly. Our cottages are meticulously maintained, and our grounds are cared for by professional landscapers. Additionally, our staff is available 24/7 for any assistance needed, balancing exceptional service with guests' privacy.


We also provide direct access to trail systems in Charlotte County, catering to various trail users, including walkers, mountain bikers, horseback riders, ATV enthusiasts, and snowmobilers. For guests bringing their own ATVs or horses, we offer secure facilities for equipment storage and parking.

  • Hiking Trails - Walk the beautiful forest trails with your family, dog, or friends. The trails are directly connected to the cottages and are also suitable for mountain biking and sightseeing as well.
  • ATV'ing - Our location is an excellent choice for ATV’rs. There is ample space to park trucks and ATV trailers. The trails extend far enough for ATV’rs to take an hour long or a full day journeys.
  • Horseback Riding Trails - Our location is an excellent choice for horseback riders. There is ample space to park trucks and horse trailers. The trails extend far enough for horseback riders to take hour long or full day journeys.
  • Shoreline Activities - At the waterfront visitors can either walk the shoreline for sea treasures during low tide or take a kayaking trip down the Waweig River at high tide. The waters at this area of the Waweig River are especially calm and smooth making it an excellent point of entry for families with young children. Or visitors can choose to sit on the deck at the waterfront and watch for birds and wildlife.
  • St. Andrew by-the-Sea One of New Brunswick’s most visited tourist destinations, St. Andrews by-the-sea, is only a 15-minute drive away. The St. Andrews area has many attractions including the Kingsbrae Garden, the Huntsman Marine Science Center, Ministers Island, a community playground, and whale watching. There is also restaurants, shopping, golfing, and more!
  • Nearby Shopping, Restaurants, and Other Destinations We are 12 minutes from St. Stephen. In St. Stephen you will find great shops, restaurants, a chocolate factory and museum, parks, and trails. Ganong Nature Park is a nearby park used for hiking, biking, dog walking, and sightseeing.
