A Culinary Inn - Hotel, Restaurant and Bar The Rossmount Inn, a 3-storey, 18 guest room manor house, one time private home and now renowned as a culinary destination, is part of an 87 acre estate set between the forest and the sea. It includes Chamcook Mountain, the highest point in the Passamaquoddy Bay area with breathtaking vistas over the Bay, Chamcook Lake, St. Croix River and the coast of Maine. Situated a mere five minute drive from downtown St. Andrews and all the attractions such as the Algonquin 18-hole championship golf course, Kingsbrae Garden, the wharf and marina to name just a few, it is the perfect location for a get-away, dinner, business meeting or special event. The Inn offers 18 comfortable guest rooms with all the standard amenities, an outdoor pool, verandah and pool deck area. Walking trails up Chamcook Mountain or around the meadow are at your doorstep as is our kitchen garden where Kathy our gardener or one of our chefs are happy to answer any questions. Our talked about restaurant, known for its market fresh, local and mostly organic cuisine and a small but eclectic wine list as well as the adjacent cozy lounge bar with an interesting selection of single Malt Whiskies, have become a focal point of the Inn. Open seasonally from mid April to the end of the year. Dinner is available seven days a week to inn guests and the public. Reservations well in advance are highly recommended. Breakfast is available between 8:00 am and 9:30 am to inhouse guests only. With the exception for special events, the restaurant is not open for lunch.
